(8.3.6) Dwadash Jyotitling Stotra

Dwadash Jyotirlinga 

Here under are the four Shlokas which have the names of the the names of the twelve Jyotirlingas and the places where they are situates. The person who recites these jyotirlingas every evening and every morning, is freed from all the sins committed in past seven lives.

Souraashtre Somnaatham Cha Shree Shaile Mallikaarjunam.
Ujjayinyaam Mahaakaalmonkaaramamaleshvaram (1)

Paralyaam Vaidhhnaatham Cha Daakinyaam Bheemshankaram.
Setubandhe Tu Raamesham Naagesham Daarukaavane. (2)

Vaaraanasyaam Tu Vishvesham Tryambakam Goutamee Tate.
Himaalaye Tu Kedaaram Ghushmesham Cha Shivaalaye. (3)

Etaani Jyotirlingaani Saayam Praatah Pathennarah.
Saptjanmkritam Paapam Smaranena Vinashyati. (4)

Meaning -
Shree Som naath Jyotirlinga in Souraashtra,
Shree Mallikaarjun Jyotirlinga in Shree Shail,
Shree Mahaakaal Jyotirlinga in Ujjain,
Shree Omkaareshvar or Amaleshvar Jyotirlinga in Ujjain,
Shree Vaidhhyanaath Jyotirlinga in Parali,
Shree Bheemshankar Jyotirlinga at Daakini,
Shree Rameshvar Jyotirlinga at Setubandh,
Shree Naageshvar Jyotirlinga in Daarukaavan,
Shree Vishvanaath Jyotirlinga in Varaanashee,
Shree Tryambakeshvar Jyotirlinga at Gautami (Godawaree),
Shree Kedaar Naath Jyotirlinga in Kedaar Khand, Himaalaya,
Shree Ghushmeshvar Jyotirlinga in Shivaalaya.
Recitation of these names of twelve Jyotirlingas, eliminates the sins committed in the last seven births. Besides it, the person becomes enlightened with the divine knowledge.
